My snap judgment when it showed up was that the packaging looked solid. Everything was packed well, though the box did have a tiny scuff on it. Not a big deal overall.

It works fine for the most part, but the calls aren’t always clear and they do cut out sometimes. What really gets frustrating is being transferred around when you’re trying to get help, it feels like you have to explain the same thing over and over.

I ordered from lucyd.co and the tracking has been frustrating. It says my order shipped, but then it just sits there for days with no real updates, so I have no idea where it actually is. I emailed to ask what was going on and got a vague response that didn’t really clear anything up. Maybe the order will still show up, but this whole experience is annoying. If this is how their shipping info works, I’d probably take my business somewhere else next time

Ordering was easy overall, and the whole process felt straightforward. There was a small delay, which was a little annoying, but not a huge deal. I’d still say it was a decent experience.

I did eventually get them set up, but the pairing process was super frustrating. The weird part is, they kept showing up on my phone and then failing right at the last step. The thing I remember noticing right away was how light they felt. I’ve had frames before that started pressing on my nose after a while, but these are easy to wear for a few hours without that annoying heavy feeling.

I’d give them 4 stars because they’re not perfect, but for everyday use they’ve been comfortable and simple to keep on. Shipping was fine too, nothing especially fast or slow, just normal.

I picked these up from lucyd.co they look good overall (no complaints there). The main issue for me is the battery life. I expected them to last longer, especially for the price, but I end up charging them more often than I’d like, sometimes even after light use. They’re not awful or anything, just a little frustrating to deal with day to day.

The glasses themselves look fine, but my gut tells me the prescription isn’t quite right. My right eye is still blurry, and after wearing them for about an hour I start getting headaches. Support did get back to me, which I appreciate, but the issue still hasn’t been sorted out yet

I bought these hoping the blue light protection would help with my tired eyes, but I don’t notice any difference. My eyes still feel just as strained after using screens, so I kind of regret spending the money on them

I think it looks okay. It’s not some amazing standout piece or anything, but the style is decent and it does the job. I don’t really get the need to pick it apart too much, it’s fine for what it is

They’re okay when I’m indoors, but the second I’m outside in bright sunlight, the glare on the lenses gets really frustrating. I found myself constantly adjusting them and trying to angle my head just to see comfortably, which is more effort than I want to deal with.

The shipping took way longer than I expected, and the tracking just sat there for days like nothing was happening. I kept checking because it started to feel a little off, like my order was just stuck somewhere and nobody was saying why. By the time it finally arrived, I was already irritated. The products might be fine, but the whole delivery experience made me question whether ordering again is even worth it

I wanted this to work but the charging is so unreliable that I never know if it’s actually going to charge or just sit there doing nothing, and about half the time I plug it in and come back later expecting it to be ready only to find it barely charged or not charging at all.

They did replace my glasses, so that was good. But the replies took a few days and I had to follow up twice before it got sorted. Not too bad overall, just wish it was a bit quicker.

I got my Lucyd glasses and overall they’ve been fine to use. Calls and music work well, the frames look nice enough, and setup was simple, so I don’t really have any major complaints there.
That said, for the price, I think a lot of customers might expect a bit more. The sound is okay but not anything amazing, and they feel more like a fun gadget than something I absolutely need every day. They’re not bad, but I’m not sure I’d buy them again at full price

I bought a pair from lucyd a while back, looking back on it, the frames just didn’t last the way I expected. I’m usually careful with my glasses, so I remember being surprised when one of the arms started getting loose so quickly. Then I noticed the plastic cracking near the hinge, which was really disappointing for the price. Customer support was fine from what I recall, but that didn’t really make up for the frames feeling cheap. I wouldn’t buy them again

I really wanted to like these glasses because the concept is cool... but the mic just hasn’t been that great for me. People on calls keep telling me I sound far away or muffled, even when I’m just sitting indoors and not moving around.

They’re fine for a quick casual call, I guess, but I wouldn’t use them for work meetings or anything important. The speakers seem decent enough, but for the price... the microphone is definitely the weak spot.

I was a bit disappointed with the lenses because they seemed to scratch really fast, and the edges started looking blurry after just a few days. Maybe I’m being a little picky, but I expected them to hold up better with normal use.
